This iconic building, a new office block for the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund, comprises of a lower ground parking area, offices on ground and first floor, a gymnasium area on the second floor as well as the Student Care Centre with separate auditorium and cafeteria. Next to the main office building is a Multi-Purpose Hall and Day Care Centre, serving as income generators for the Client. The massing of the building consists of two office wings separated by an open central court, with building elements punching through an off-shutter concrete curved wall on the western façade. The building portrays a playful juxtaposition of contrasting building shapes, materials and colours, symbolising the different aspects and components of the NSFAF compilation and creating spaces that appeals to its variety of building users. Construction is expected to be completed by end 2017.

In 2014, Windhoek Gymnasium officially opened the new campus for the Pre-Primary School that was built on the Erf adjacent to the existing primary and secondary school. Until this project was completed, the pre-primary operated in the previous campus located in Olympia. The school offers 12 classrooms, each providing a store room and private ablution facilities. A complete, secure playground that provides climbing structures, a sand pit and spacious areas for ball games was included in the project brief.
